Juli Liszt (ユーリ・リスト) is a student at Neo Venus Ark (formerly known as Venus Ark). She is the leader in Venus Ark's fabric texture blindfold class.
Bio
Appearance
Juli has blonde hair with short, mid-ear length bangs curving inward and her bangs tucked beneath them except for a single section in the center. Her hair reaches her shoulders while slightly flaring out. Her eyes are seafoam green.
